William Meridian opened a single-truck shop on Santa Monica Boulevard in the spring of 1971. His grandson runs it today.
What began as a husband-and-wife operation in a leased Westside garage has grown into a small, deliberately small, service company trusted by the same families across multiple generations. Some of our customers booked their first appointment with Bill in 1976, then with his son Henry in the nineties, and now with Daniel today.
We've never wanted to be the biggest HVAC company in Los Angeles. Just the most useful one for the families we already know.
"My father told me, 'tell people the truth, even when the truth costs you the sale.' I've never had to apologize for that."
"My grandfather built this on relationships. I'd rather lose a sale than break that trust."
