How fast can you launch a new website?
It depends on the scope. You get a timeline with your proposal, before you commit to anything. If you have urgent timing, tell us on the discovery call and we'll let you know what's realistic.
Do I own the site you build?
Yes. On final payment the website is yours: the code, the theme, the templates, the configuration, the database, and every file needed to host it anywhere. We hand over the files and transfer every credential on request, at no charge. Your domain, your content and photos, your Google Business Profile and listings, your customer data, and any brand assets we designed for you are yours.
What if I already have a website?
We can build on what you already have. We'll tune it up so it looks more modern, loads faster, and turns more of your visitors into paying customers. Your customers keep using the same web address the whole way through.
Who pays for website hosting?
It's your call. The site is yours, so you can host it yourself. Or we host it for you as part of a care plan, for a low monthly cost, on fast US-based cloud hosting with Cloudflare DNS, monitored 24/7.
Can you maintain my website once it's built?
Yes. We offer two levels of care plans. Both include hosting, plugin and security updates, and fixing anything that breaks, and we keep optimizing your site so its pages stay fast.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. You sign one proposal for the build, with one flat price, and it covers that project only. If you add a care plan or SEO plan afterward, it runs month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
Can I add extra pages to my website?
We can add as many pages as you want during the initial build. If you ever want to add pages afterward, we scope them as a separate project that's quoted and approved before we build anything new for you.
What if I need to update something on my website?
Call, text, or email us. Routine updates are covered under your care plan. Larger changes are scoped and quoted separately.
